By uploading images, text, or design instructions, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it
The content does not violate copyright, trademark, or privacy laws
You grant us permission to use the content solely to create your custom product
We are not responsible for unauthorised content submitted by customers.

4. Design Style Disclaimer
Our designs are cartoon-inspired interpretations based on submitted photos.
They are not intended to be exact photographic replicas.
By ordering, you acknowledge and accept artistic interpretation as part of the design process.
5. Design Preview & Approval
Before production begins, a design preview will be sent for approval.
Customers must:
Review the preview carefully
Request any changes at that stage
Once approval is given, the design is considered final and production begins.
We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
6. Production & Delivery Time
Orders are designed, produced, and delivered within approximately 30 days from order confirmation and design approval.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Shipping tracking information will be provided once dispatched.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website.
Full payment is required at checkout before design work begins.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of our products:
Orders cannot be cancelled once design work has started
Refunds are not available after design approval
Returns are not accepted for customised items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and website content remain the intellectual property of Custom School Bags.
Custom designs may not be reproduced, resold, or commercially used without written permission.
We reserve the right to use completed designs for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

Customer-uploaded content
Incorrect information provided at checkout
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
