Refund policy

Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted once the design preview has been approved.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue.

If a design revision is required, this must be requested during the preview approval stage.
